Permission-based sending

Send only to people who consented or with whom you have another lawful basis to communicate. Honor unsubscribe requests promptly and keep evidence of consent.

Prohibited use

Do not send phishing, malware, deceptive offers, unlawful or discriminatory content, purchased-list spam, credential-harvesting messages, or content that infringes rights. Do not bypass rate limits, probe other accounts, overload infrastructure, or conceal sender identity.

Enforcement

We may pause campaigns, restrict providers, preserve evidence, or suspend accounts to protect recipients and platform reputation. Serious or repeated abuse may result in termination without refund and reporting where legally required.
