Information we process

emvoriQ processes account details, profile images, uploaded contacts and products, campaign content, sending-provider configuration, billing records, security logs, import results, and engagement events such as deliveries, opens, and link clicks. Sending credentials are encrypted at rest. Payment credentials are handled by the selected checkout provider and are not stored by emvoriQ.

AI processing

When an AI feature is enabled, the minimum prompt and relevant product or campaign text are sent to a configured free-tier provider such as Groq, Cerebras, SambaNova, or OpenRouter. Provider selection may fail over automatically for availability. API keys remain server-side. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or unnecessary personal information in AI prompts.

Purposes and lawful use

We process data to provide and secure the service, authenticate accounts, send requested campaigns, measure delivery and engagement, prevent abuse, process billing, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability. Customers are responsible for their lawful basis to upload and contact recipients.

Sharing, international processing, and retention

Data is shared only with infrastructure, AI, email, analytics, and payment providers needed to operate the service, or when legally required. Providers may process data in other countries under their own terms and safeguards. Account data is retained while active and for limited security, billing, backup, and legal periods afterward. Deleted contacts are retained in a deletion ledger to prevent lifecycle errors and document user actions.

Your choices

Account holders may request access, correction, export, or deletion where applicable. Campaign recipients can unsubscribe using the link in each message and may contact the sender regarding their data. Non-essential analytics can be limited through consent controls and browser settings.

Security and contact

We use access controls, encryption, backups, credential isolation, and monitoring, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Contact the site operator for privacy or security requests. Identity verification may be required.
