Using emvoriQ

You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and use the service only for lawful, permission-based communications. You are responsible for contacts, content, domains, sending providers, required disclosures, consent records, and compliance with anti-spam, privacy, advertising, and consumer-protection laws.

Plans, AI tokens, and fair use

Plans include monthly sending, campaign, concurrency, rate, list, provider, and AI token limits shown in the service. Contacts may be stored without a numerical plan limit, subject to security, technical capacity, and fair-use protections. AI add-ons are one-time token allowances and do not increase email sending limits. Attempts to evade limits, create abusive traffic, or disrupt the service are prohibited.

Customer content and AI output

You retain rights to your content and grant emvoriQ and required processors the limited rights necessary to host, transform, generate, analyze, and deliver it. Free AI availability and provider limits may change or interrupt features. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed before use.

Availability, suspension, and termination

We may pause campaigns, restrict providers, or suspend accounts to protect recipients, infrastructure, or sender reputation. The service may be updated, interrupted, or discontinued. You may stop using it at any time, subject to billing and retention obligations.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted delivery, inbox placement, revenue, conversion, or AI accuracy. Liability is limited to amounts paid for the affected service period except where a limitation is prohibited. Material changes will be posted with an updated date.
