Subscriptions

You may cancel future renewal at any time. Because sending capacity and infrastructure are provisioned immediately, completed subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins.

Exceptions

Contact support within 7 days if you were charged twice, charged after a confirmed cancellation, or could not access a paid feature due to a verified platform failure. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; processor timing varies. Usage already consumed, third-party sending fees, policy violations, and change-of-mind requests are normally not refundable.

Nothing in this policy removes non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
